Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At QAN7783, I understand that plans can change — so I’ve made it easy to cancel or adjust your order within a short window of time.

Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours after it has been successfully placed. Cancellations made during this period will receive a full refund, processed within 2 business days according to our standard refund procedure.

Order Changes
Need to update your shipping address or contact details? No problem. You can request any modification within the same 0–12 hour timeframe after placing your order.

After 12 Hours
Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order may have already entered production or shipping. At that point, I can’t guarantee that cancellations or changes will be possible — but I’ll do my best to assist if you reach out promptly.
