Return & Refund Policy

At QAN7783, I want you to love every product you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, I’ve made returns simple and stress-free. You’ll have 45 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, and I’ll even cover the shipping costs.

My goal is to make every purchase completely worry-free.

2. When You Can Return an Item

You’re welcome to return or exchange an item if:

  • You received the wrong item, size, color, or design.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You simply changed your mind (as long as it’s still in new condition).

3. Condition Guidelines

Accepted Conditions

  • The product is new, unused, and unwashed.
  • Tags and packaging are intact.
  • No stains, odors, or visible wear.
  • Full sets (tops/bottoms) must be returned together.
  • Custom items are accepted only if defective.

Not Accepted

  • Worn or washed items.
  • Items showing damage, stains, or strong smells.
  • Missing tags or incomplete packaging.
  • Returns requested after 45 days.

⚠️ Items sent back in non-returnable condition will not be refunded and may be returned to you at your expense.


4. How to Start a Return

  2. You’ll receive a free return shipping label via email.
  3. Pack the item securely with tags and original packaging.
  4. Ship it using the provided label to:

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.


5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow extra time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Changing or Canceling Your Order

  • You can cancel or update your order within 2 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
  • After that, your order may already be in production or shipping — but don’t worry, you can still return it once delivered.

7. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or design? No problem — just follow the same return steps and mention “exchange” in your message. I’ll handle the replacement quickly once your original item is returned.


8. Gifts

If your order was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, I’ll issue your refund as a digital gift credit once your return is approved.


9. Compliance

This policy fully complies with U.S. and E.U. consumer protection laws. If your local laws provide you with additional rights, those will always be respected.
